VP of AI Strategy + Consulting, leading the consulting practice and helping enterprise creative, marketing, and UX teams operationalize AI within Cella's broader talent and consulting offering. Closing the gap between knowing AI is necessary and actually implementing it, so adoption turns into transformation instead of stalling at awareness.
O3
As a member of O3's senior leadership team, I oversaw the UX research and design practice, scaling a multidisciplinary team to drive experience transformation for enterprise clients across technology, healthcare, and fintech industries. Built strategic partnerships with Figma and Miro to alpha test new product features.
FS Investments
Built the in-house design and content department from the ground up, scaling a multidisciplinary team to support brand, digital product, and marketing. Led cross-functional product and brand strategy as product owner for key digital platforms.
SIG
Established SIG's first in-house creative studio, leading brand transformation across trading, sales, private equity, and corporate divisions. Directed the redesign of the corporate website and internal communications systems.
Macquarie
Built and scaled the first in-house design team at Macquarie, delivering $1M+ in annual cost savings while standardizing brand strategy across retail, retirement, and institutional investment channels. Led creative direction for major product launches including state-sponsored 529 college savings programs.
AIGA
Launched a permanent student scholarship program and produced two sold-out regional design conferences.
