I've always been drawn to where business strategy meets human need.

I'm the VP of AI Strategy + Consulting at Cella, leading the consulting practice and helping enterprise creative, marketing, and UX teams operationalize AI in the work they do. My core thesis: design has always been meant to solve strategic problems. AI just gives that more range.

I built the first design team from scratch three times: Macquarie, SIG, FS Investments. Same job every time, make design a strategic partner, not a service function.

I teach interaction design and AI-native practice at ArtCenter College of Design. Also past President of AIGA Philadelphia, where I launched the chapter's in-house initiative and helped bring its design scholarship fund to life.

Whether I'm leading a strategy engagement or teaching a room of students, my focus stays the same: closing the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
