As the Senior UX Research + Design Lead at O3, I partner with enterprise organizations to lead the creation of cohesive customer experiences through human-centered design and strategic user research. Throughout my career, I've built and scaled in-house product design teams for global firms, transforming how organizations approach design and digital innovation. I've reduced agency costs from $6M to under $900K annually while expanding UX capabilities and launching new digital products. I've led comprehensive brand transformations, pioneered user-centered product strategies, and established frameworks that elevate both team performance and business results.
As an educator and mentor, I'm committed to shaping the next generation of design leaders. I serve as an adjunct professor and faculty council member at ArtCenter College of Design, where I bring real-world product design experience into the classroom to prepare students for the evolving demands of our industry.
